Add A Backup Email Address For Patient Accounts

This is a request to require a backup email address for patient accounts for account access.

The primary condition prompting this request is patients who signed up using their corporate email and then lose access to it due to termination or other reason. When this happens, they can no longer access their CMWL Patient Portal account.

Patients should also have the option to designate which email address they would like to use as their primary.
