This is a request to require a backup email address for patient accounts for account access. The primary condition prompting this request is patients who signed up using their corporate email and then lose access to it due to termination or other reason. When this happens, they can no longer access their CMWL Patient Portal account.Patients should also have the option to designate which email address they would like to use as their primary.

When you disable a product, it's removed from newly created carts and blocked from checkout. Customers receive clear notifications when items are no longer available, preventing failed orders and ensuring only in-stock products can be purchased.

This is a request to have the capability to define state availability for individual Product IDs. This could be defaulted to “All US States” and give admins the ability to select excluded states. Primary Use Case: -User adds Product to Cart. -User indicates US State of residence in initial registration form. -If Product is not available in that state as defined in the admin, display unavailability message to user and direct them to select another Product.

For example, a patient subscribes to a 3-month plan at recurring price A. We’d like to be able to update the patient’s subscription to renew at price B. Pricing is the priority, but phases and cycles would also be helpful.
