I am requesting the ability to log in as a patient in order to see what the patient is seeing. This will help troubleshoot and support patients with any difficulties they are experiencing in their account.

Can you please create a field for date and time for when a contact agrees to specific terms, including Marketing, SMS, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. This is compliance-related and also helps with responses to customer chargebacks.

State Availability Configuration with Product IDs
This is a request to have the capability to define state availability for individual Product IDs. This could be defaulted to “All US States” and give admins the ability to select excluded states. Primary Use Case: -User adds Product to Cart. -User indicates US State of residence in initial registration form. -If Product is not available in that state as defined in the admin, display unavailability message to user and direct them to select another Product.

Multi-Cycle Coupon Support for Subscription Products
Current behavior: Coupon "Cycles" field customization only supports one subscription (one cycle/plan) per coupon code. Coupons cannot be applied across multiple subscription cycles of the same product. Requested behavior: Allow a single coupon code (e.g., CHRISTMAS25) to apply a discount across all subscription cycles/plans of a given product — e.g., 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans for a medication — rather than requiring a separate coupon per cycle. Use case: One wants to offer one consistent discount code for a product line regardless of which subscription duration the customer selects, instead of creating and managing multiple single-cycle coupons.

Enable "sticky" pharmacy assignment
This is a request to make the default pharmacy assignment on an order the same as the previous pharmacy assignment. Example: Order #1 for ProductID X is assigned to Pharmacy A. Order #2 for Product ID X is manually changed to Pharmacy B. Order #3 for Product ID X should default to Pharmacy B (not reset to Pharmacy A).

We need the ability to update the local pharmacy address post-purchase. Patients without insurance will often look for discounts (like goodRx coupons) after they purchase and will want this to go to the pharmacy with the best discounts. When they ask to update this we would like to do it directly in their account, pre-provider review.
